WATER FILTRATION PLANTS

This is a selective filtration technology using the concepts of PHYSICAL FILTRATION or ADSORBSION or Oxidation Technology or a combination of more than one such technology to selectively remove undesired contaminants of water.

Our installed Plants’ capacity ranges from 0.5M3 per hour to 50m3 per hour to best suit our clients’ requirements.

  • SAND FILTRATION

    Sand filters are used to remove turbidity and undesired solid particles above the size of 50 microns from the water.

  • CARBON FILTRATION

    Carbon filters remove colour, odour, dissolved gases and organics from the water

  • IRON REMOVAL FILTERS

    Iron removal filters remove the dissolved iron from the water.

  • FLORIDE REMOVAL FILTERS

    Fluoride removal filters removes the dissolved fluorides from the water

  • ARSENIC REMOVAL FILTERS

    Arsenic removal filters remove the dissolved arsenic from the water

  • MECHANICAL FLOCULATORS

    Mechanical Flocculators are used to clarify high turbid water to make them suitable for our regular usage.

WATER SOFTENER

Water softening is an ION EXCHANGE PROCESS where resins are used to remove the calcium and magnesium load of the water. In this process the calcium and magnesium ions present in the water are being replaced with sodium ions thus making the water soft and more suitable for usage.
